Since 2020, you can find team offices, coworking workplaces and meeting rooms in zentroom - directly in the Bern train station.

The light and spacious premises are characterised by their high quality, thoughtful furnishings and a calm atmosphere. zentroom enables companies to offer their employees a professional working environment that is embedded in a personal, respectful and lively culture.

Work was, is and never will simply be work. People, with their personal growth, needs, interactions, emotions and hopes, are a central part of what work is. zentroom is convinced that people can be more creative, more successful and happier when they feel comfortable in their environment and are surrounded by a strong community.

The needs of corporate clients

Corporate clients have quite specific procedures. From the very beginning, their needs are different, from writing the contract, implementing it, the billing process, and negotiating specifics with a team located in another city. With corporate clients, it’s never as simple as checking off a membership and entering a credit card. zentroom needed a way to make this process simple and professional.

"One thing that is really interesting with Cobot is that members can do almost everything on their own. For me, running the space, we have so many things to do. We do invoicing, billing, marketing, sales, social media, running the space, and then we have strategic tasks. Whatever we can hand over to the members that they can take care of themselves, like booking rooms or day passes, that’s very helpful for us."

Delivering personalized service

Cobot gave them the ability to create the complex setups they required to deliver their members excellent service.

They were able to accomodate a corporate client who had another company handling facilities management internally. That meants that every employee needs to be connected to both accounts. They’ve managed to link required data to both their Cobot account and the external facilities management service for their employees.

Corporate clients require predictability, particularly when it comes to meeting room availability. zentroom uses Cobot’s recurring bookings feature to help clients schedule regular meetings with ease so that they never have to worry that they forgot to book a room for their daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly meeting.

It’s helpful and useful to have a system that is easy to handle and easy to understand so you can really spend all your time investing in the community and coworkers."
