Prepaid Booking Passes allow you to purchase a pass that can be used against reservations on your booking calendar. This guide will cover:


How Prepaid Booking Passes Work

Prepaid Booking Passes offer restricted access to your spaces resources. A resource can be a meeting room, a desk, an event space, or any short-term bookable object. The administrators of your space have set up these passes on your membership to collect pre-payment for any reservations or bookings you wish to make.

Only after you have purchased a pass will you be able to create bookings under the 'Bookings' tab in your member portal.

Each Pass holds time valid for single or multiple rooms, depending on your coworking spaces configurations. For example, if the Pass is an hour-long, you can make bookings in smaller time increments until you have used up the Pass entirely.

  • A Prepaid Booking Pass of one hour can be used to create an hour-long booking and two 30-minute bookings, four 15-minute bookings, or six 10-minute bookings. The smallest increment of time supported by the booking calendar is 5 minutes.


How to Purchase Prepaid Booking Passes

You can see how many Passes you have on your account, as well as purchase more from your Member Portal Dashboard.

You can purchase more Passes by clicking on 'Buy Booking Passes.'

Enter the number of Passes you would like and the type of pass from the dropdown.

You will be charged for these right away and can find your invoice under your 'Membership' tab, emailed to you, or both.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

You must have an active payment method on file, such as PayPal or a credit/debit card, to purchase more Passes.


How to Create Bookings in Your Space

Once purchased, you can use a Prepaid Booking Pass by going to your member portal's 'Bookings' section.

You will see how many Passes you have left under 'Resource' and how many Passes your booking will deduct under 'Price' within the booking form.


Prepaid Booking Passes vs. Booking Credits

If you have Booking Credits on your account and Prepaid Booking Passes, this works slightly differently.

A Booking Credit is free time in a Resource that you will not be charged for. When you make a booking, free Booking Credits are used first. When you have run out of Credits, you will be prompted to use or buy a Prepaid Booking Pass.
