Your total number of members defines the Cobot plan you need for your space.
A member is someone that pays you a fixed recurring fee.
This includes members paid for by someone else on a paid
plan (even if the member being paid for is on a $0/month plan)*.
Your member count excludes
coworkers that only use Time Passes, or people that you register in
Cobot but won't pay regularly (i.e. visitors or a person who's just
using a meeting room once).

*A common example would be (1) 'company' that pays for (10) 'staff' in
an office. Your total member count in this case would be 11. 1 company
+ 10 staff = 11 members.
